What Are You Looking At?

Curated by Maison Pan’s founder Marie, What Are You Looking At? was an ambitious conceptual exhibition that set out to explore the myriad influences informing contemporary artists today.

Participants were asked to submit three to six images that had their attention at that moment in time, then to invite a fellow artist or curator to contribute to the project. These submission were printed and displayed in Central London, and over time the venue came to represent an insight into the minds of art professionals working today.

In autumn 2025, Marie published a collectible limited-edition book documenting the entire project.
